Winch Design

Winch Design has long held a strong commitment to protecting its people, clients, suppliers, and the planet. Recognising evolving global priorities for climate action, the business decided to build upon its existing efforts to further champion environmental and social care.

They partnered with us to elevate their aspirations into a robust and transparent sustainability strategy. We collaborated to map out a plan designed to position Winch Design as a leader within its industry, inspiring employees, suppliers, and peers to take action.

We conducted a workshop with key representatives to define Winch Design’s sustainability vision and develop a comprehensive framework. This framework encompasses key focus areas, ambitious long-term goals, and alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), all of which will be tracked and reported on annually. We also supported the launch of their new initiative, ‘Life Worth Living’, by creating their Sustainability Strategy Launch Report, now prominently featured on their website, which celebrates their commitments and achievements.
