DOC Cleaning

When we first met the DOC team, they spoke of DOC’s legacy of minimising its environmental impact, investing in its people, and caring for communities. They felt it was time to challenge themselves and make bolder commitments.

We held an exploratory session to understand DOC’s sustainability vision, material sustainability issues, challenges and opportunities. Over 20 DOC team members were present, from Cleaning Supervisors to HR Officers, Area Managers to Directors, and the Chief Executive. This workshop was essential to create a sustainability strategy framework and the diversity and inclusivity of the conversations held had a powerful impact on the formation of their long-term goals.

To support the launch of Beyond Cleaning, JustOne created a launch report and video. We empowered their leaders and helped develop an internal communication strategy to ensure their 1,300 staff connect and engage with Beyond Cleaning.  In early June 2022, DOC Cleaning held their Beyond Cleaning sustainability strategy launch at FORA, Spitalfields, London. This event was attended by over 80 employees, supplier partners and key clients and was well received.
