The Challenge
Verte Sustainability is an established consultancy with a track record of delivering successful outcomes for their clients who are predominately based in real estate.
Verte has seen consistent growth because of the mounting need for sustainability support in the property sector, so as their reach and influence expands, they recognised that their brand identity must as well. They also had a strong desire to better showcase their expertise while giving their employees a brand to be proud of.
Our solution
Our solution was to complete a complete brand refresh of their current brand by first focusing on defining their purpose and values.
JustOne conducted collaborative purpose and values workshops to understand why Verte exists and what they stand for, bringing together colleagues from across the business to share their ideas. Utilising years of research and experience in developing purpose-led brands, JustOne analysed outputs from the workshop to define their purpose; to enable people to accelerate change in the built environment.
Reviewing peers, competitors and clients, JustOne brought together a variety of design concepts and moodboards to display how Verte could enhance their visual identity to take their brand to the next level. Following internal engagement, an agreed set of brand guidelines were delivered including new logos and watermarks, colour palette, typography recommendations and guidance on use.
Following the finalisation of their brand guidelines, JustOne partnered with web developers and designers, Erjjio to deliver a complete new website for Verte. This included copywriting and designing the whole website to ensure it stands out from the crowd and delivers key messages to their target audiences.
The result
Verte received a clear understanding of what it means to be a purpose-led and values-driven organisation. This included a defined purpose statement and set of values for implementation into the culture, communications and operations of the business.
An enhanced brand was developed to bring a recognisable and memorable look to the business. This was then developed into a fresh, modern and accessible website, showcasing Verte’s strengths and services to current and potential clients. Their new website is a certified green website.
