In 2023, Swiss Life Asset Managers UK launched– “Empowering Places” – their UK Social Value Strategy and community fund in partnership with their charity fund, the Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH). To showcase the impacts and investments established in the first year of their strategy, Swiss Life Asset Managers UK launched a report that highlights stories of progress and sets the foundations for annual reporting.
We worked with the Head of UK ESG to calculate their 2023 social value and impacts aligning with frameworks such as the National TOMs. This process identified areas for data improvement year on year and brought to light key successes to be reported on.
We engaged with key charity partners to develop a strong and accurate narrative around the support provided by Swiss Life Asset Managers UK, and spotlighted the positive experiences of those who benefit from the charities’ activities. This involved collating quotes from individuals that had directly received support and, as a result, brought home the real positive impact made in their lives.

- £6 of social and economic value generated for every £1 invested from the UK Community Fund
