Orchard Street’s intention was to simplify their report and overall creation process. By curating a shorter report from the previous year, their aim was to make everything focused on updating stakeholders on the progress that was been made against their strategic goals.
Our approach was to understand their target audience including current and potential investors, and to design content that would align with their requirements and interests. Engagement at this stage was critical to defining the key messages in the report. We worked closely with members of the leadership team to clearly articulate the progress that would bring value and trust to their brand.
The creation of the narrative and design focused on bringing key stakeholders’ voices to the forefront of the report, in particular current asset managers and tenants. We also developed a separate Environmental Data Annex to showcase the evidence for progress being celebrated and to highlight areas for improvement.
