Collaborating with partners to develop a communication plan
STFC required support to drive engagement with their Net Zero ambitions across their many sites. Our first step was to identify opportunities to support and motivate employees by engaging with various stakeholders to uncover any barriers and accelerators for change.
Using the Theory of Change model, we developed a detailed framework that will enable STFC to activate key opportunities and energise colleagues across the organisation in embracing the drive to Net Zero.
Following our research, we worked with partners, Creative Concern, to develop a visual identity and messaging to support STFC’s sustainability programme, alongside an engagement plan.
