Glen Dimplex, aiming “to be a leader in the transition to a sustainable world,” sought our support to operationalise this purpose and ensure their sustainability strategy delivered lasting impact, free from greenwashing.

We conducted a series of Purpose Implementation Workshops across all Glen Dimplex regions. These workshops educated leadership teams on how to communicate their purpose confidently, align business decisions with it, and empower employees to innovate. Through extensive internal engagement, we helped establish key material sustainability issues and agree upon long-term goals. We also streamlined their governance model by creating a purpose forum with employees from across the group.

We also gathered existing sustainability initiatives and achievements from across the business, providing copywriting support for Glen Dimplex’s inaugural Sustainability Strategy Launch Report. This report, now available for download, outlines their first sustainability strategy, long-term goals, and implementation processes.
