CAGM Working Group

Global mobility is coming together to improve sustainability across the sector and, ultimately, to improve the lives of assignees. JustOne is proud to be part of it.

The Coalition now spans six associations: CHPA, FIDI, EuRA, IAM, CERC and WERC. Its first Sustainability Working Group opens in November 2026, with corporate clients, RMCs and the supply chain around one table. JustOne will facilitate, coordinate and support the group to deliver results, impartially, and with the whole sector in mind.

Why this matters

The Coalition’s Bridging the Gap report analysed around 400 ESG questions asked across the sector and found the same problems repeated everywhere: fragmented requirements, inconsistent data, and expectations that take no account of smaller suppliers or regional differences. Corporates need reliable data. RMCs are caught in the middle. DSPs and smaller suppliers are carrying demands they were never set up to meet.

This working group exists to address that. Not through more reports, but through shared standards, practical tools and real accountability across the value chain.

Five goals shape the working group:

1. Standardise and simplify sustainability expectations. Shared principles and practical templates, so corporates, RMCs and suppliers stop working to fragmented, duplicative or misaligned requirements.
2. Move from tick-box RFPs to value-creating sustainability. Sustainability embedded in strategy, operations and services, covering net zero roadmaps, social impact, fairness and risk management, rather than answered once a year in a questionnaire.
3. Enable proportionate progress across every supplier type, size and region. Small DSPs and regional providers cannot match large RMCs overnight. The group will lift minimum practice while giving best and exemplar practice somewhere to go.
4. Build real collaboration and feedback loops. One-way RFP demands become two-way, long-term partnerships that share data, pilots and learning, particularly on carbon measurement, sustainable procurement and social impact.
5. Develop a credible, sector-wide narrative. A clear account of how global mobility contributes to and mitigates climate impact, social value, fairness and risk, so clients, regulators and talent see a coherent, improving sector rather than a laggard.

What this could deliver for all members

The aim is straightforward: reliable, comparable data for corporates, one set of expectations for RMCs instead of a different one for every client, and a credible route forward for DSPs and smaller suppliers that is proportionate to their size and their market.

What that looks like in practice is for the members to decide. Ideas already on the table include a common ESG question set to replace duplicated RFP schedules, shared definitions for carbon measurement in mobility, a proportionate maturity framework so suppliers of any size can see their next step, and practical templates members can use as they are. We will publish what the group settles on.
