The Challenge

  • Regular Cleaning are committed to maintaining a responsible business, putting their people first and giving back to society.
  • Their senior leadership team recognised the opportunity they had to lead their industry in taking action for people and the planet by putting a sustainability strategy in place that would enable them to create value for all their stakeholders.
  • Recognising the need to partner with sustainability experts to achieve the maximum impact, Regular Cleaning appointed JustOne to help them develop a robust and meaningful strategy.

Our solution

  • We executed a thorough business, peer and client review to understand the sustainability issues most important to Regular Cleaning and their key stakeholders.
  • We then hosted a strategy workshop to define the list of sustainability issues, understand the vision for sustainability progress and discuss the risks, opportunities and challenges that face the business.
  • We also worked closely with Regular Cleaning to create a sustainability vision that aligns with their business purpose, and develop a framework supported by long-term goals.
  • We then developed a sustainability brand for their strategy that will be embedded across the business to communicate the importance of this strategy and the change it will inspire across the industry. This process also consisted of tailored training workshops covering topics including, leadership, culture change, values implementation and sustainability communications.

The result

  • Their sustainability strategy, Better Places, includes ambitious goals and Regular Cleaning have already begun taking action by developing an action plan to achieve Net Zero status by 2030.
  • We supported Regular Cleaning in the launch of their strategy through a website refresh with our partners Errjio, This consisted of videography and social media content planning and development.
